Ok, first, Konjac noodles are the absolutely best alternative to regular pasta when you are on a Keto diet or just want fewer carbs. They are full of fiber and when cooked properly, almost indistinguishable from real pasta. However, now comes the bad part, so far 1 out of every 2 packs I have opened have had rotten bad noodles.
